The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay it has the added benefit of a full fridge and freezer washing machine and dishwasher to make your stay that little bit easier! The apartment has 2 luxurious bedrooms with modern decor extremely comfortable double beds with hotel quality linen. We provide all your towels and basics such as a hairdryer and ironing facilities so you can pack as lightly as possible! We aim to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Whether it is a romantic getaway a relaxing family holiday or even a weekend away with friends you will be sure to find your stay with us memorable. Nearby delicatessens and shops have a wide selection of specialty foods. This converted mill sited on the south bank of the River Ouse offers the rare opportunity to stay in riverside York. The large and comfortable living areas enjoy wonderful views over the river and make ‘staying in’ a pleasure as the ever-changing picture of river and city life unfolds. Beautifully furnished and coordinated it lies a few minutes’ walk from the Centre of this vibrant ancient city. Jorvik – Woodsmill Quay at Queen’s Staithe is in the heart of York; it was originally built in the 19th century and used as a timber mill. An ideal holiday base for exploring York and touring the North Yorkshire Moors and the Dales. The seaside resorts of Filey Scarborough and Whitby are within easy driving distance. Shops 50 yards. Parking – We can only provide one car parking space at this property please note the garage will only accommodate a small car. The height of the car park at the tallest point is 175cm and the width is 220cm. If your car is larger than these restrictions sadly we do not have the facilities to provide parking throughout your stay. Please also note that although not a common occurrence if the river is flooded throughout your stay there will be no access to the garage parking and we will not be able to offer any alternative if this was to happen. On this occasion you would be responsible for arranging your own parking.
