18. Cancellation policy

All deposits made at time of booking are non-Refundable. If cancelled 31 days before arrival no amount is due for the rest of the booking amount. You will just loose your initial deposit paid, if cancelled after the 31st day period the full amount is charged and any deposits paid are non-refundable.
