The lodge consists of a large open plan living, kitchen and dining space, a bathroom with ensuite shower and luxury tiling.
The kitchen area is well equipped for a guest to cook a basic meal, with all the electrical appliances you should need including a dishwasher, oven and hob, kettle and toaster, coffee machine and Airfryer. Following on from the kitchen dining table with seating for 4 guests. Offering the option to dine in, or dine out at one of the delicious local restaurants.
The living space provides a comfortable sofa overlooking the Smart Tv and modern features.
Heading into the bathroom, you will find a WC and a walk in shower with modern tiling throughout.
There are 2 bedrooms, one of which offers a super king bed, with the option to have it set up as 2 singles upon request. The other offers a standard king size bed. Each bedroom has clothes storage space and hotel quality bed linen and towels are provided for your stay.
The stunning outside area offers a spacious patio area, overlooking the lake. With a luxury 4 seater hot tub, fire pit, tub chairs and your own private cinema room with a log burner
The lodge park itself offers a peaceful and scenic setting to base your stay. The surrounding area offers a number of delicious restaurants, along side being just a 15 minute drive away from York’s Designer Shopping outlet and just a 25 minute drive away from the historic City of York.

Your furry friend is welcome to come along for an extra fee of £35.
The lodge comes equipped with free WIFI for the duration of your stay.
Highchairs, Travel Cots and Ironing Facilities can be provided upon request.
Smoking is permitted on the patio area.
Special packages are available at an extra cost, ideal for birthdays, anniversaries etc.
