Upstairs you’ll find 3 comfortable bedrooms.
Two of the bedrooms contains a Super King size bed which can be split into singles.
The 3rd Bedroom is a standard double. Each bedroom offers hotel quality linen and towels for your use throughout your stay.

This property is a family friendly property and provides a travel cot and highchair are also provided.

The bathroom is a family bathroom containing a full-size bath with a shower overhead.

The house provides off-road parking with space guaranteed for 1 vehicle.

There is a spacious garden area with outdoor seating and a luxury hot tub under cover!

The property is located max a 10 minute walk away from the famous City Walls and only a 15 minute walk from the heart of the ancient city of York. Regular buses also stop nearby, including the Coast liner (that runs both to the coast and Leeds city centre). There is also small Asda supermarket close by and a larger Morrisons supermarket just a short drive away. It is the perfect property for visiting with family and friends alike.

Hairdryer and ironing facilities are provided for your use throughout their stay.

This property does allow 1 small dog onsite for an extra fee of £30 per stay. Please make us aware if you wish to bring your pet with you.
