Entering the lodge, you will see it consists of a large open plan living, kitchen and dining space, a separate toilet and a master bedroom suite all recently renovated.

The kitchen area is well equipped for a guest to cook a basic meal, with all the electrical appliances you should need including a dishwasher, oven and hob, kettle, toaster and an air fryer and coffee machine. Following on from the kitchen is a dining table to comfortably seat 2 people. Offering the option to dine in, or dine out at one of the delicious local restaurants.

The living space provides a comfortable sofa and chair overlooking the large flat screen Tv.

Heading into the master bedroom, you will see a king size bed with a feature padded headboard, a contained walk in shower cubicle and a free standing bath.

The stunning outside area offers a outside swing over lookingthe peaceful lake setting , a patio area with a fire fit, overlooking the lake. With a small outdoor bistro dining set for 2, a comfortable L shaped rattan sofa and a luxury 4 seater hot tub with a built in bar space and stools.

The outside snug area provides a large projector screen where you can hook your phone up and watch all of your favourite shows in the comfort of a large sofa and log burner for the colder evenings…

The lodge park itself offers a peaceful and scenic setting to base your stay. The surrounding area offers a number of delicious restaurants, alongside being just a 15 minute drive away from York’s Designer Shopping outlet and just a 25 minute drive away from the historic City of York.
