Plum tree retreat is our one bedroom apartment, nestled in a brilliant location, just across the road from York Hospital offers the perfect spot for any length of stay, whether you are visiting York for the weekend and looking for somewhere a short stroll into the centre, or if you are working at York Hospital and looking for cost effective alternative to hotel accommodation, We have just the place!
With a cosy open plan living, kitchen and dining space, offering a Large flat screen smart Tv with Netflix, dining for 4 guests, washer dryer, full fridge freezer, induction hob and electric oven, this space offers everything you need.
Heading upstairs, the large bedroom provides a super king bed, with hotel quality linen and towels provided for your use. There is also a sofa bed for extra sleeping space for 2 further guests, comfortably sleeping up to 4 guests.
The bathroom consists of a large walk in shower, WC and sink.
Throughout the property, you can see the modern décor and high quality furnishings of the property, alongside high tech appliances such as infrared heating!
There is a garden space with seating for your use!
Parking is not currently available but will be provided in the coming weeks with a permit provided on the street and surrounding.
Free WIFI is provided along side hair drying and ironing facilities.
