The Ebor House is our Stunning new 2 bedroom apartment which has been fully refurbished to an exceptionally high standard and makes for a great choice for any length of stay in York.
The property is located in a perfect location just off one of the well-known, most popular streets of York which is Bishopthorpe Road. Bishopthorpe Road is surrounded with quirky shops, quality restaurants, and busy bars. In recent years it was voted the Best High Street in Britain. While being located just outside the city centre it is only a 10 minute walk in York and all of York’s world famous attractions are within easy walking distance.
Heading into the apartment, You’ll also immediately notice that all the furnishings and appliances in the apartment are brand new and the highest quality. As you enter the apartment you will find the open plan kitchen/dining/living area. With patio doors leading onto the garden this room has a lovely bright and airy feel and is decorated beautifully throughout. With a comfortable corner sofa that can be turned into a sofa bed for extra sleeping space for 2 guests. There is also a large smart screen TV on the wall.
The dining area comfortably seats 4 guests, suiting you perfectly to sit and enjoy a takeaway from one of York’s many restaurants or alternatively a home cooked meal prepared in the fully equipped kitchen.
The modern kitchen area is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and more for any length of stay in York. All the electrical appliances you would expect to find to make life a little bit easier are here like a dishwasher, and a microwave, oven and a hob.
Heading upstairs The master bedroom has been stylishly furnished with a comfortable King Size bed. The second bedroom offers a Double Bed. Both beds have hotel quality linen and towels provided throughout your stay making it the perfect place to collapse after exploring all that York has to offer!
The main bathroom of the property has been decorated to a gorgeous standard with a very modern feel. Contains a bath and overhead shower.
